The Piries Hotel offers 3 Star accommodation and consists of 32 en-suite bedrooms and a fully licensed Residents & Non-Residents bar. All guests bedroom are non smoking. We aim to make your stay in Scotland as comfortable and relaxing as possible with all the modern conveniences in a ‘traditional’ Scottish atmosphere.

In case of late cancellation(s), late amendment(s) and/or non-arrival(s) your debit/ credit card will be charged for a one night stay’s . In order to confirm Group bookings we do require a deposit for the first nights accommodation. If you cancel or make any amendments to your booking the following charges will occur. 30days or over the first nights accommodation 30 days or less Total cost of accommodation
ADVANCE BOOKING RATE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
When we receive the advance reservation, this reservation
amount will be charged in full to your credit/debit card.
This reservation is non refundable, non cancellable and non
exchangeable. This reservation is not commissionable and not
available for agents, groups or tour operators.
